Practice Policies

Dental Insurance is different from Medical Insurance. Please review the insurance benefit booklet you received from your provider to better understand the benefits that are available as part of your insurance coverage. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your policy.

We are a fee for service office. As a courtesy, we will submit your claims to insurance, provided that you have out-of-network benefits. Upon request, an estimate of benefits can be obtained from your insurance company as well. Full payment will be required at the time of your appointment.

For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.

We will do our best to answer any questions you may have regarding your dental coverage. However, each policy is different and we cannot guarantee that your specific procedure will be covered. We will try to obtain the necessary information for you, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of the policy holder to know their contract guidelines or contact your insurance company, if there are issues or questions you may have. If the amount of insurance coverage will affect your decision regarding treatment recommendations, we will be happy to file a pre authorization on your behalf so that you will know your financial obligations prior to scheduling any appointments.
